Well presently staying hale and hearty always is everyone’s desire and i am not exception. Different people perform different physical activities in order to have a healthy body.

Here i am interested to talk about one such activities which i perform in the early morning without fail. It’s name is Yoga. Everyone is familiar with yoga. This is a fabulous fitness exercise by which one can stay in good shape. Explaining further, I do it in the morning sometimes in the park which is within the walking distance of my house. And other times i do in on the rooftop.

I practice it on a yoga mat. I must say this is a kind of difficult exercise, it requires regular practice to make it was easy for us. I never forget to warm up for 2 or 3 minutes starting yoga because it prepares body. Afterwards i do simple or easy poses of yoga first and then i lead to difficult ones. I spend minimal 30 minutes or maximum 1 hour everyday practicing various yogic poses.

Since i have started performing yoga on a regular basis, I have noticed it’s plenty of positive effects on me. Astonishingly i have reduced about 10 kg weight of mine within 5 months. Moving further, it’s continual practice brings flexibility in body, reduces pain in body, strengthens different body parts and there are many such benefits as well.

Apart from this yoga benefited me mentaly too. After doing it i fee energetic and productive the whole day. It relieves my stress, anxiety. Finally, I’d say, Yoga is my al-time favorite physical activity.

ANSWER – In order to stay in the pink of health elderly people in my country perform various exercises such as, cycling, waking, jogging, meditation and yoga. Apart from this, they abstain from junk foods, consume balanced diet or have a sound sleep.

ANSWER – Cricket, hockey, voeyba, football, badminton, tennis, kabbadi, boxing have gained huge popularity in the past few years among masses in my country. People love to watch and participate in different tournaments which are hed at different places from time to time.

3. Do you think young people should play dangerous sports?

ANSWER – Undeniably participating in extreme sports keeps young folks active, they overcome their fears and oush their limits. But ony those should take part in such sports who know these sports inside out and have practiced a lot under any instructor. The reason is that there is a possibility of getting injred or losing life sometimes.

4. What else can people do to keep fit besides sports?

ANSWER – Apart from indulging in sports to stay as fit as a fiddle, people should cut down on junk foods, always give preference to home-cooked foods. Additionally, They should incorporate sufficient amount of water and sadals into their regular diet. Last but not least people can develop the habit of having a walk, doing meditation or yoga regularly.

5. What can parents do to make their children like sports?

ANSWER – Sorts are essential for the holistical development or mental well-being of children. Parents can inculcate the habit of playing sports in kids by enrolling them in sports academy. On the top of it, parents can accompany their children, they should perform physical activities with them, thus children will get encouraged to do it. Also guardians can make their offspring aware of benefits of playing sports which will help them become sports lovers.
