QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS – Housework and cooking ielts
1. Do you do some cooking/help your family cook at home now?
ANSWER – Of course yes, i am really into cooking. I have good culinary skills skills. During weekends I love to prepare variety of foods for my family and on weekdays I help my mom in the kitchen. Moreover sometimes I cook delightfully delicious dishes for guests and they always speak highly of my cooking.
2. Do you think your home is clean and tidy?
ANSWER – Undoubtedly my house is spic and span. The reason is that every member of my family loves tidiness and does his or her utmost to keep our house clean and well organized on a regular basis.
3. Did you do some house cleaning when you were young?
ANSWER 1 – I vividly remember back in my salad days I never did house cleaning. Actually neither I was interested in doing any household chores nor my mom let me do it. I used to focus only on my studies and playing with friends.
4. Do you have breakfast at home every day?
ANSWER 1 – Being a health conscious person I mostly have my breakfast at home with my family members. However once in a blue moon I eat breakfast outside like, in a hotel or restaurant, But It happens only when i am in hurry so I have to go without breakfast.
5. Do you want to learn how to cook well?
ANSWER 1 – Definitely yes, iam keenly interested in cooking. Since my mother possesses incredibly great cooking skills, I got to learn a lot from her about cooking until now. But iam not exceptionally well at it, so i am looking forward to becoming expert in cooking.
6. What housework do you like or dislike doing?
ANSWER – Honestly speaking i despise ironing because i have to stand there and glide the iron back and forth umpteen times to get rid of wrinkles which seems to be exhausting for me. That’s why I gladly avoid this chore. But on the other hand, I really love gardening and cooking because these activities give me immense happiness as well as relaxation.
