Moreover, these days, they have a hectic schedule so they find exercising a good way to relax.

Answer – Without a doubt, physical education plays an important part in everyone’s life because In this era of technology, people are totally dependent on technology and doing everything online while sitting at one place and do not find the time to do any physical type of exercise. Moreover, due to a hectic schedule, they prefer to eat junk food more which is affecting their health badly. Thus, physical education is really necessary to teach them about the value and ways of staying healthy as well as to keep them away from the diseases.

Answer – In my opinion, physical education classes affect children’s development in a positive way by various methods.
