Introduction
Well Being a people person I love to interact with personalities from all walks of life. And sometimes some turn out to be my life long friends.
Here i am keen to talk about a person whom I met at a party which was thrown by one of our relatives. His name was Kushwant Singh. He was a retired army officer. Currently he is working for an organization which works for the impoverished and unprivileged masses. He was really a fabulous person.
Interestingly we were Like-minded people that’s why we enjoyed talking for hours at the party. Explaining further we had informal discussion on numerous important topics. We initiated with the topic of technology, we discussed that how technology is affecting people’s lives both positively and negatively.
Secondly, as he was also an extremely health conscious person. I became aware of the methods we can maintain our mental and physical health during these stressful days. Apart from this, he possessed tremendous knowledge regarding gardening, he told me that a person must spend some time per day in the lap of nature by doing gardening, It helps one get back to the nature and gain many other benefits. Finally he shared his plethora of real-life experiences with me which acted as a source of inspiration for me.
Furthermore it was really a wonderful experience of meeting him at the party. I not only inclined my knowledge about various aspects of life considerably but also got to increase my communication skills. In the end I must say the quality time I spent with him will remain etched in my mind forever.

Well, being an extrovert personality and love to meet new people. So, here I want to shed some light on a person whom I met at my cousin’s wedding. It was held during my last summer vacation. I met many people but this is a unique personality because he was a Chinese person.
When I saw him, I wanted to talk with him. However, he started talking and told me his name. He knows the English language. His name is “Jang”. After talking with him, I came to know about him because we have similar interests in different fields such as art & craft, painting, sports, and gaming websites. The most important thing he also told me about is his Chinese culture.
He also told me china has the greatest population. I was amazed to know that in his culture, people drink hot water instead of taking cold water. Whenever guests visit their homes, they generally serve hot water. I was shocked after knowing this thing. As I was also suffering from the problem of obesity so he also suggested I take hot water. After that, I also started to take and reduce my obesity level.
It has so many benefits such as it keeps our digestive system neat and clean. He is still in my contact and very calm, and good-looking person. I feel extremely glad about this person because he gave me numerous knowledge regarding his culture and advice to keep myself fit as a fiddle. So this is the Chinese person whom I know.

1.) Under what circumstances do you meet new people, and when do you communicate with people you don’t know?
Ans. I think we meet new individuals in our day-to-day life but it also depends on the profession of the people like how they meet personalities. If I talk about students, they can meet with new learners at school and any academic institutions. Professional workers meet with new people at workplaces or offices. Sometimes, I meet new people at parties, weddings, and while travelling.
2.) Where do people go to meet new people?
Ans. Due to the advancement in technology, nowadays people meet with new citizens on social media websites such as Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Snapchat. It means technology has changed the way how people met in the past. Earlier they used to meet at parties and while traveling only.
3.) What topics do you discuss with new acquaintances?
Ans. I can discuss anything in which I have a lot of interest such as painting, drawing, and art and craft. I love to talk about current affairs, sports, video games, movies, and Tv shows. I can ask about his/her interest such as surprising hobbies or hidden talents.
4.) What topics are not suitable for discussion?
Ans. Yes, there are a few matters which I find not suitable for sharing such as personal topics and family issues. Even people should avoid sharing offensive jokes. I don’t feel it’s relevant to share financials like salary or wages. Moreover, sharing negative thoughts and thinking with others, is also not suitable.
5.) What’s the difference between chatting with friends and new people?
Ans. I think there is a lot of difference between talking with companions and unknown people. With friends, we are talking in an informal manner and at a length. Moreover, the conversation gets much more personal. For instance, I can share with friends what I wore at the wedding, and what I ate last night. On the other hand, conversations with strangers get too formal or to the point.
6.) How do people start a conversation?
Ans. People can start a conversation in different ways. Some people can start talking by introducing themselves in front of others and by inviting them to lunch or dinner. Moreover, talking about current affairs is the most common topic when we have to start a conversation with strangers.
7.) Is it difficult for Indian people to talk to foreigners?
Ans. Some individuals find it hard to talk with foreigners because of their shy nature. Moreover, they do not have a fluency level in a specific foreign language. However, most Indians are also fluent in other languages and able to speak with foreigners. It generally depends on the capability and interest of the person.
8.) Why are some people unwilling to have conversations with strangers?
Ans. Some are not willing to talk with others because they do not have any interest or curiosity. Moreover, nowadays people are too much aware of criminal or offensive activities that is why people love to avoid talking with strangers.
