Well, I am an innovative person and i love to grab knowledge through videos, exploring distinct places or by stories. Here, I would like to talk about a story which have remained etched in my memories.

I vividly remembers, when i was in primary school, my English mentor told me an inspirational story of the Turtle and the Hare. The story was about the power of dedication and determination towards any ambition.

In the story, there was a Hare who had conceit on his ability of excellent running. He always wanted to flaunt his capability in from of Turtle. One day, the hare bragged and asked turtle for a race. The turtle agreed and finally race began. The hare was overconfident and under-estimate turtle owing to which, he faced defeat, whereas turtle won the race because he was focused and perseverant.

On the winning of turtle, hare had an egg on the face and he ate humble pie. This was a great story and I was extremely happy when i listened it for the first time. I still remember this story because this usually give me motivation to accomplish my aspiration step by step without any lethargic attitude.

Besides, this I learnt a lesson that as long a s person is steady and determined, he will always get victory, no matter what his speed is. To cap it all, this is the story which i listened from my teacher in school and still reminisce.

1. Has storytelling changed over a while?

ANSWER – Off course, there is a huge difference in the storytelling in the present scenario as compared to yester years. Because in ancient time, mostly grand parents told stories to their youngones at night and it was a part and pencil of every person’s life. But now, due to the advancement in the technology, electronic gadgets take the place of story tellers and also in this era, youngsters prefer to watch visual stories rather than audio stories.

2. Which way is better, traditional storytelling or the use of technology in storytelling?

ANSWER – Well, it’s personal belief that traditional way of storytelling is much better ethical values to children. Because technology in storytelling gives birth to generation gap. Juveniles want to use technical gismos for stories or other entertainment purposes rather than spending that time with their senior citizens.

3. Do you think that generally, most people are good at storytelling?

ANSWER – I don’t think so. Because it i not a cup of tea for every individual. Only few masses are born with such ability who have gifted hand in storytelling. Those persons can also pursue their career as a storytellers and earn name & fame.
