Well Encouragement plays an indispensable role in everyone’s life. I have been encouraged by numerous individuals in my life to achieve my objectives. However here i am keen to talk about a person who played a pivotal role in encouraging me to accomplish my aim. That person is none other than my uncle, Khushwant Singh, a retired educator. He is my grandfather’s bosom friend.
He has a bewitching personality. He is not only a knowledgeable but also a generous person. Moreover He lives a stone’s throw away from my house. I often visit him for different purposes. Nextly, if you talk about my goal, it was excelling academically and securing scholarship for college to alleviate the financial burden of my college expenses. As he had a strong bonding with me and knew me very well, he believed in my potential and supported my aspirations.
He would regularly sit down with me to discuss my academic desires. He would offer me insightful advice on study habits and time management. Additionally he provided me praise for my achievements as well as constructive feedback whenever needed. Besides he motivated me by sharing stories from his own life and career and underscoring the importance of education and hard work in fulfilling one’s dreams. Furthermore, He constantly reminded me of my strengths during the moments of doubt and setbacks. On the top of it, he guided me in searching and applying for scholarships.
Explaining further, I have the greatest admiration for my uncle. Because of his motivation and assistance I was able to achieve my goal. Answer – In my opinion, children are more likely to achieve their targets if they are encouraged from time to time. If children are making efforts at that time, we should encourage them because it acts as a motivation for them and encourage them to do more hard work. In the case, if they are not doing something good, then we should educate them on how to move towards their goals by telling them appropriate methods.

Answer – Parents should make efforts if their children do not want to study. First, they should identify the reasons for children not studying. There can be many reasons, like low interest, distraction sources, poor staff as well as bad company. After that, they should work on the problem. But still, if children do not want to study, parents should teach them in an interesting or funny way with the help of animation movies to make their interest.

Answer – As per my perspective, both parents and teachers should set goals for children. If I talk about the parents, they always want the best for their child, they are aware of their children’s interests, and they know about their capabilities and confidence so they can make the best decision for them. Apart from that, if I talk about the teachers, they have the responsibility to shape the educational career of a student. As a student spend most of the time in the schools, teachers are well aware of their educational weaknesses and strengths, so they can set better goals for children.

Answer – Regarding the children’s education, parents and teachers both play a major role. As children spend half of their time with their parents, as well as the parents are the first teachers, they learn a number of things from them, like how to behave, how to talk, how to respect others, as well as moral education, so parents have a significant role in order to teach some moral values. Apart from that, on the teachers’ side, teachers know in which areas students excel and in which areas they need improvement, so they p play a significant role in children’s education by y making them more focused on the weak parts.

Teachers punish them by suspending as well as insulting them in front of different people. If I talk about the parents, they take their technology gadgets and stop giving pocket money.

Answer – I think parents have more influence on the goal-setting of children because they want the best for the child, and children spend more time with their parents as compared to teachers. On the other hand, teachers have less influence on them because they have a lot of students; they cannot give individual time to each student and cannot identify each and every mistake of them, That’s why, according to me, parents have more influence on the goal-setting of children than teachers.
