It is undeniable that, decisions give direction to our life. Every decision has a consequence and it takes our life in certain direction. Here, I would like to talk about a decision, which my best buddy Simran made.
Actually, she was a big fan of eating oily and junk food. Due to it, she had to face multiple health issues and worse stomach infection. Moreover, she was hospitalized for 3 weeks. But, the whole game was changed when I met her after a long period of time to know about her health.
As I am a healthcare worker so, I taught her about the importance of balanced diet and adverse effects of wrong diet on physical and mental health.
Last month, she took a wise decision to exclude all the harmful stuff from her dietary routine. In the present time, she is more aware and the amazing fact is that now she usually shares health fitness related videos to me on the daily basis.
