INTRODUCTION
Well, I think in this day and age creativity can be seen not only in art and craft activities but also in almost every sector, such as education, entertainment, cooking and so on. I would like to talk about one ingenious person, who has made a striking place in minds of youngsters as well as adults with his creativeness in educational field.
His name is John, but he is better known but the name of the character he created on himself in Youtube videos and that is ‘Blippi’. Blippi is an American children’s entertainer and educator on Youtube and Amazon video, who creates high quality innovative learning videos for children between the ages of 2 to 7.
Besides, the Blippi character and appearance is so captivating that kids easily get allured towards him. He has a child like, energetic and curious persona and is always dressed in a blue and orange beanie cap, blue shirt, orange suspenders and a bow tie. Actually, I firt saw him when my nephew was watching his videos on my laptop at my home.
I found his content so engrossing that i also accompanied my nephew. Infact, the minute i saw his eccentric show, i become his Youtube subscriber. In his videos blippi has taught million of kids counting, colours names, alphabets, names of planets, animal’s name and many more scientific concepts by singing, dancing, experimenting, playing and exploring new places, such as children’s museums and zoo.
The reason why i found him visionary is that his pedagogy is quite distinctive and fantabulous comparitively. Like, he has used helicopter and jet skies in his videos just to teach colors in an contagious curiosity engages young viewers in learning adventures that help them both grow an d develop.

ANSWER – Yes, i am a creative person as i love to try new things in my leisure time. Photography, painting, gardening, dancing are some activities which are usually performed by me. Besides, i always try my best to bring more innovative ideas and creative content in every work of my life.

ANSWER – Certainly, learning arts can motivate their potential abilities such as creativity, imagination, independent thinking, managing emotional states and so on. It is obviously beneficial for their overall development and they get something creative to do in their leisure time. If a child is too much into arts, he or she can choose that art as career as well.
3. What kind of jobs require people to be creative?
ANSWER – I think all jobs require people to be creative as the customers demand something new. The businesses which are not trying to change with the flow are not able to compete and they are losing their customers. So, it is the need of the hour to be unique and creative.
4. Do you think leaders need to have the creative ability?
ANSWER – Definitely, leaders have to be creative. They need to lead with example. If they are creative, they can motivate to other team members to be creative and with that, overall productivity can be increased.
