There are several types of beverages available in market. Some of the drinks are good, whereas few soda drinks put adverse effects on human’s health. However, today I am going to talk about my favourite drink which I take in winter season.
It is carrot juice. It is one of the tastiest drinks. I vividly remember, first time I drank this juice as per doctor’s recommendation. Since that time, this is my favourite drink. Actually, few years before, I was suffering with stomach pain, hence doctor diagnosed fatty liver in ultrasound.
Then, he recommended me some exercise and carrot juice to overcome from this. So, my father bought juicer to prepare it at home because in market, some artificial things are added in juices which are unhealthy for us. I just buy fresh vegetables and fruits to add in this drink. Apart from carrots, I also add beetroots, spinach, oranges in order to make it tastier and healthier.
Honestly speaking, I overcame from fatty liver problem now with this special beverage. Furthermore, this drink also help to overcome from vitamin deficiency and necessary minerals. Additionally, I also recommend others to drink this healthy juice. All in all, this is my favourite drink because of having many good properties as well as always provide required vitamins and minerals to my body
