Well, we are living in a kind of materialistic society where we have a wide variety of equipment in our home to be used on a regular basis. So it’s common when any of these equipment stops functioning and it needs to be repaired.
One such situation occurred in life a couple of months ago when my laptop got damaged and i had to get it repaired. Actually i was playing football with my 4 years old niece. And while playing the football hit the table and the laptop which was on the table, started to tip over and fell down. I immediately picked it up and i realized there was a huge crack in the screen of the laptop. When i turned it on to check whether there is any problem or not, it was not functioning at all.
I felt anxious about my laptop as it was the most valuable thing for me. I made a call to my bosom friend and explained the whole situation, fortunately he knew a professional he took me to an electronic shop where after toiling hard for 3 hours by a laptop repairing expert, my laptop got repaired.
Although i had to shell out 8000 rs from my pocket for its repair, i breathed a sigh of relief after getting my laptop back in working condition. Now it started to work perfectly again. I was feeling overwhelmingly happy. And from that time onwards i decided to become cautious about it in order not to experience such situation again in my life.

ANSWER – As per my opinion, technology plays a paramount role in today’s era. So, IT based jobs are valued more rather than any other kind of jobs because people’s dependence on technology has inclined.
2. Is the quality of products worse than before?
ANSWER – According to me, the product’s quality has been reduced in past few years. As the demand of products is higher than production which results lower quality material. If i talk about my personal experience, recently i bought heater which not working properly, however around a decade before, my grandparents purchased the heater which is still worthy/working.
3. What kinds of things do people like to repair by themselves?
ANSWER – Well, advanced technology has made almost everything possible for humans to do with the assistance of online websites or tutorial videos on Youtube. Few days ago, My brother repaired his hair dryer by watching a Youtube video.
4. Why do people like to get their mobile phones repaired in specialised stores?
ANSWER – No doubt, nowadays mobile phones are too costly and come with warranty. There are two main reasons to get their mobile phones repaired from specialised stores. First one is, specialised stores provide better quality products and services, another reason is that if people get repaired from outside their registered company, their mobile phone warranty will finish.
