Introduction
Well, I think that problem solving is a universal skill that applies to every sphere of life, and I would like to talk about my friend, Tia who once resolved a complication quite intelligently.
Actually, stretching back over some years, I was hanging out with my friends at restaurant, and we were celebrating one of our friend’s birthday named Tia. If my memory serves me well, we were approximately 8-10 friends sitting together. After the cake cutting ceremony, Tia placed a large order of 10 economeals comprising of burgers, french fries, nuggets and cold drinks. When we received the meals on our table, it were looking extremely lip-smacking and were piping hot.
Since we all were starving we started eating burgers instantly, which taste delicious. However, as soon as we had french fries and nuggets, we found them unsavory. Infact, they were all greasy and stale. Therefore, instead of consuming it, Tia and I complained against the food quality to the staff at the counter. But to our disappointment, we didn’t get satisfactory resolution to our issue, as they said it had been long we ordered the food, so the snacks had gone stale.
On hearing this, my friend Tia was beside herself with anger as he special day’s moments were deteriorating. Nevertheless, she didn’t give up rather confront the situation in a printed manner. So, she demanded to have word with the manager. Showing her presence of mind, she took out the food bill and marked the time when she ordered the food to show to the managers.
Eventually, she convinced the manager by showing food bill as an evidence that food was ordered just 12 minutes ago, and in such a short duration, it was not possible for any meal to get rancid. Hence, feeling ashamed, the restaurant’s manager replaced all the meals without any additional charge. Furthermore, as a token of apology, he got the free desserts served on our table. At the end, everyone applauded Tia for fixing the complicated situation strongly and wisely, and her day was saved from being ruined.

Introduction
Well encountering problems or fixing them is an indispensable part of our life. I have chosen one person for this cue card to be talked about, who always thinks out of the box.
He is my bosom friend, Rahul lives at a stone’s throw away from my house. We have been best buddies since our childhood. He has a lot of agility, smartness which impress me greatly. A couple of months ago Some guests come to our house. After lunch my mom baked a cake for them. But in hurry, putting sugar into it slipped out of my mom’s mind. My mom was desperately trying to find a solution, but meanwhile fortunately my friend appeared, he arrived at the best moment, I shared our problem with him. he told my mom not to worry about it all.
Firstly he prepared a simple syrup on the stove adding water and sugar. Then poked a few small holes in the top of the cake with a toothpick, And afterwards he lightly drizzled the syrup over the top of the cake. And after smoothed it out with a spoon. Thus our problem was solved in no time. How smartly he did this all, and nobody came to know that the problem had happened.
We thanked my friend hugely. If he didn’t approach us on the spot, perhaps, we wouldn’t be able to manage everything. Honestly he is really a fabulous person, blessed with such great ability. In my life Whenever I find myself in any trouble I go to him to seek his help. Finally I must say i am fortunate to have such amazing, creative person as a best friend in my life.
