To be perfectly honest, It was a struggle to think about a popular scientist because I know a lot of scientists who are incredibly famous. But today here I’ve decided to talk about a scientist who I would classify as a person of note for a number of reasons. He’s my all time favorite named Abdul Kalam who’s also known as a Missile Man Of India.
If I’m not mistaken, he was born in Rameshwaram Tamilnadu. Mr Kalam comes from a humble background. His father was a boat owner and mother was housewife. Although Kalam’s parents did not have deep pockets that said he was academically intelligent so he graduated from st joseph’s college. Later he did aerospace engineering from Madras Institute of Technology.

When was the first time, I came to know about him? Well if my memory serves me well, I was studying in high school. One of our science teachers walked us through his biography. I became his fan in no time because his contributions to India’s defence army are noteworthy. On top of that he had a top job for designing helicopters for the Indian Army.
Oh, I nearly forgot to mention that he was a great motivational speaker too. I remember clearly that he used to say there are no shortcuts for getting success in life. Mr kalam was pretty good at behaving in a practical and a sensible way. Sadly, this skill is lacking in many famous people today I guess.
