Sample Answer
I’m the youngest member of my beautiful family, who always stand by me through thick and thin. I get along very well with all my family members. If given a chance, I would love to work with my dad down the road. He is an eminent real estate businessman , who started from scratch and gained currency because of his hard work and business skills.
Because of his success, he has been interviewed by couple of news channels as well. I have been told that I take after my father and it makes me feel proud because a lot Of people look up to him as their role model. Unfortunately, I haven’t had the pleasure to work alongside with him , the reason being I’m still a pupil and totally focusing on my media marketing course. In the near future, I would be working closely with him as a marketing media adviser.
With all my marketing knowledge , strategies and his business understanding and experience, we could be assets for the company. This would help us to generate more revenue. I would get various opportunities to work jointly on diverse projects. Currently, most of his clients are from Northern India and in coming times we would be tapping the south east market together as well. For that a lot of data will be needed, which would be accumulated by me.
Working with him would be extremely beneficial for my personal growth. Since, not only he has tons of professional work experience but also has real world experience , that would certainly help me to gain a lot of real life experiences which would do wonders to me. Besides this would expand my horizon too. In the end I would say , I hope one day I get the opportunity to collaborate with him because it would mean the world to me. And would an experience of life time.

ANSWER – Of course, there are ample positive effects of working with a family member. As, family members know each other in a better way. They know each other’s qualities and their comfort zone. They can divide their work according to one’s speciality.

ANSWER – Well, India is a diverse country and yet developing. So, there are numerous family businesses that are running either at small scale or large scale. As, I have seen in my district there are ample transport businesses, coaching centres boutiques, and textile industries that are run by family members.

ANSWER -According to my perspective, there are myriad reasons. The most predominant is, individuals can work in their comfort zone. There will be no strain, on their mind to work for long time. Apart from this, one can start his/her business at a small scale with the aid of small scale with the aid of his/her family members. With proper understanding & cooperation, one can set up his/her business at large scale, which will be quite fruitful for a person. Moreover, there will be no any need to find a job in another companies. One can work in his/her family business and leads that business toward success.
