Introduction

Well Complaints are made because of substandard services and products people receive. Talking about myself Normally I don’t raise complaints as I always try to be comfortable in every situation.

Shop assistant showed me a huge collection of jackets, I selected one of my favorite brand and color. Afterwards I tried to on, everything seemed to be fabulous. After paying the bill I returned home.

When I wore it again at home in order to show it to my family members. To my utter dismay we noticed a huge stain at its back. Immediately I walked to the store and requested the shop assistant to either replace it or refund my money. But he was not ready to solve my problem either way. I was not only feeling blue because of this but also feeling infuriated greatly.

Subsequently I made up mind to approach the store manager. He was really a benevolent person, he listened to me very politely and assured me to solve my problem as soon as possible. The very next I received a call from store with a solution regarding the product I was dissatisfied with. In the evening I went to the store, the shopkeeper was profoundly sorry for not cooperating me.

I wanted him to alter this faulty jacket. later on I was shown a wide variety jackets by him. I chose one after checking it properly. NOW I was over the moon to have a flawless piece. Moreover it fitted me perfectly. Still I have this jacket whenever I wear it on any occasion I receive plenty of positive comments from my near and dear ones.

Introduction

Well, complaining against wrong activities is considered our duty. Although I have complained various times throughout my life. But, here I would like to talk about a situation when I complained about a product and eventually got it corrected.

I vividly remember, it was about a year ago. Being a tech-savvy person, I love to purchase things online because it not only provides me with multiple discounts but also services. Last year, I bought a microwave online on account of Diwali. For the very first week, it was working flawlessly.

All were praising about the product. After one week, it stopped working. First, I double checked all of the wires and contacted a local electrician. Then, he suggested me to contact the customer care of the company. The following day, I filed a complain online. They called me back after 1 hour and asked for my name and address.

They apologized for this inconvenience and replaced the faulty part. They arrived at my door after 2 hours. Since that day, it has been working perfectly. I really felt gratified with this result because of mainly two reasons. Firstly, they didn’t charge extra for door service. Moreover, they responded instantly without any excuse.

Answer– Yes, some competitors may misuse to lower the company’s name and reputation.

Answer– Well, I will purchase if my previous complaint has been listened. It means they value for their customers.
