Well, schooling plays an important role in everyone’s life as it is the first formal place to get an education. Although I have attended two schools throughout my life, one is elementary and the second is high school. But here I would like to talk about my first day at my high school that I recall clearly. Actually, it happened when I was 8 years old and passed my primary class with flying colors.
At that time, I enrolled in high school. To be honest, I felt both excited as well as nervous. If I talk about the location, it is located in the heart of my hometown as well as a stone’s throw away from my house. The name of the establishment is DAV Public School, which is still quite prestigious.
When it comes to its building, it is a three- story building and well furnished, with a blend of traditional and modern amenities. I vividly remember when I entered my new school, I really hesitated to enter my class because I did not know anyone there. When I entered my classroom, my teacher introduced me to my classmates, and made me feel at ease.
I remember my first day for many reasons. The prominent is that I found my bosom friend, John who is still in my contact list. Moreover, I participated in a variety of activities, like I shared my meal and engaged in some amusing activities. When it comes to my feelings, I would say at i first was apprehensive, but after that I apprehensive enjoyed a lot. All in all, this was the first and special day at school.
