Introduction
Well On many occasions in our life we were given incorrect information sometimes intentionally or other times unintentionally. One such incident i am going to describe here when I received the inaccurate information from a website. It occurred a couple of years ago when I passed my graduation with flying colors. And I decided to do job in order to help my family financially.
One day I was surfing the internet. At that time I came across a job advertisement from a renowned company. Instantly I signed in the website and got knowledge regarding the job as well as company. Everything seemed to be fine. Moreover salary range for the position was also according to my expectations. Then I filled the form. After some time I got an email providing information about the interview date, time and venue.
The number was also provided for more queries. When I tried to call on that number, it was not reachable. Anyways, I was superb excited about the interview. I was sure that I would clear the interview and get this job. Explaining further, one day before the interview I thought that I should call on the provided number to confirm everything. While having a conversation with the receptionist on the phone I got to know that the salary was less than half of what was listed in the advertisement.
The receptionist girl told me, it was typed mistakenly. Honestly this infuriated me greatly. Afterwards, She earnestly apologized to me for this mistake. However I felt blue because this had wasted my precious time and energy. From that time onwards I never trusted anything, anyone blindly and started to double-check every piece of information.
