The cutting-edge technology has provided us with numerous inventions. Whatever we can see around us, be it the television, air- conditioner, refrigerator or microwave oven, all are the blessings of science.
But the one I have chosen to speak on is nothing else but the mobile phone. It has become a must-have gadget in such a way that we simply can’t imagine our life without it. This versatile gadget has made the life of humans totally dependent on itself. All the people. Irrespective of the age category, they belong to make use of it though for different purposes. If I talk about how this invention is used by me, I must say that my day starts with the alarm set on my mobile phone.
I check the notifications on various sites of social media as the mobile phone assists me in keeping in touch with my friends. Then throughout the day, I make use of it for checking the time. Apart from this, in order to make the projects assigned by my teachers, I gather the material from the reliable websites using my phone.
Moreover, I have several e-books installed in my phone which I read in the evening. I also utilise my free time by watching motivational videos on YouTube as well as listening to music. Besides all this, the calculator, torch, calendar, clock and camera have made me all the more dependent on my mobile.
The booking of tickets, bank transactions, obtaining information of any type are some other uses which can be availed with the mobile phone. The best thing about it is that it is user-friendly and operating it is merely a child’s play. Though the veterans find it challenging to use it, yet they can easily master its usage by a little practice.

Here I would like to talk about an invention that changed the whole world. The name of that device is mobile phone. It has changed people’s lives profoundly. A large number of people use cell phones and get benefits in many ways. Nowadays, almost each and every person has their own cellphones. With the invention of cellular technology, people are using this for immense advantages.
People can make phone calls for various purposes and it also avoids the communication barrier. Moreover, people can carry their mobile phone with them which is another important benefit of using this technology. With the advancement in technology, people can use for many other purposes such as playing games, making video calls, tracking cars, updating social profiles, uploading pictures, chatting with friends, watching videos and listening to music.
Mobile phones are useful for both younger as well as for old people. Old people also spend their time on this device mostly for listening religious songs and gurbani.
