I’d like to talk about a physically demanding activity that left me feeling exhausted. It was during a school anti-drug campaign rally, which took place on a scorching summer day. This event happened a few years ago when I was in high school. Our school was deeply committed to raising awareness about the harmful effects of drug abuse, and one of the initiatives to support this cause was organizing a rally.
I, along with many other students, enthusiastically volunteered to participate. The activity was a rally that involved walking a distance of approximately 20 kilometers in the hot summer sun. We were required to march through various neighborhoods, carrying banners and placards with anti-drug messages. The route took us through both urban and suburban areas, and our goal was to engage with the community, distribute pamphlets, and create awareness about the campaign.
The rally made me feel tired primarily due to the combination of factors. Firstly, the scorching heat of the summer day was intense, and the sun was relentless. Despite wearing sunscreen and staying hydrated, the heat was physically draining. Secondly, the 20-kilometer distance was quite challenging, especially for those of us who were not accustomed to long walks. Carrying banners and placards for an extended period added to the physical strain.
Moreover, we were required to engage with people along the route, which included approaching strangers and initiating conversations about the anti-drug campaign. While this was a crucial part of the event, it demanded additional energy and effort. By the time the rally concluded, I was thoroughly exhausted. The combination of the long distance, the heat, and the continuous interaction with people had taken a toll on my energy levels. However, despite the fatigue, it was a rewarding experience knowing that we were contributing to a meaningful cause.

We feel tired when when we perform any physical activity by going out of our limits. Same thing happened with me when I was in 10th standard. Actually, my friends made a plan to go Arisar Sahib, a renowned sikh temple in Handiaya. It is located 30 kms away from my home.
There were our summer vacations, so we had enough time for doing such activities. I took part in this activity as I got a chance to pay obeisance as well it was a healthy activity. We all had our own stylish bicycles which we washed and checked properly before starting our journey. I carried my water bottle, helmet, mobile phone and some snacks to eat on the way. We started our journey at 4:00 in the morning to avoid traffic.
One of my friends recorded video of our whole cycle trip in order to upload on YouTube as he has his own channel on it. In the beginning, I was quite energetic but after covering 10 kms I started feeling tired. I was unable to paddle my bicycle due to huge pain in my legs. I kept drinking water to keep my body hydrated.
We took rest number of times, and we stopped at some restaurants to have some healthy meals and drinks. Finally, we reached there, we not only worshipped the God but also helped in community kitchen. It was a satisfying experience for all of us. Then, we came back home at night. I felt exhausted and my whole body was in severe pain.
