Introduction
Well, using computers has become so common in everyone’s life in order to complete work on time. Although I have faced a number of issues while using a computer throughout my life, But here I would like to talk about a particular time when I faced an issue with using a computer recently.
Actually, it occurred about one year ago when I used to study in my senior secondary education. Prior to our final examinations, my school teacher gave us an assignment on the topic of demonetization. I had ten days to prepare. I started collecting the facts and made my presentation within 7 days.
On the last day, when I had to submit the presentation, I tried to submit it using my computer. But it was showing submission failures again and again. Moreover, it was showing the message that your presentation is incomplete. I again checked all the facts and saved it properly. But it was still showing the same. I was very tense at that time because it was the last day to submit; otherwise, I had to lose 20 marks.
To solve the issue, I searched on YouTube. After watching 10 to 15 videos, I got to know that I had not updated the version of the software. Then I followed all the instructions step by step, and finally my presentation was submitted. I took a sigh of relief. All in all, this was the time when I faced trouble while using a computer.

The use of computers is common nowadays in every field. I use computer rarely because I mostly do my work on smartphone. However, I today would like to talk about a time when I faced problem in my computer. It happened when I was in 10th grade. Actually, I had to search some ideas to speak on the adverse effects of smoking because I had to give speech next day in the morning. Unfortunately, I didn’t have mobile phone that time because I got it after my senior secondary education.
Even, my father was out of station, so the only option for me was my computer. When I opened the Google, the screen immediately got blank. Nothing was visible on it, even mouse was not working. Although I bought it new, I don’t know why it stopped working. Then I made a phone call to my friend who is expert in computers since his childhood.
He told me to check the power cable which connects the monitor with CPU, but it was fine. I didn’t notice any fault in it. Then he suggested me to restart it completely, luckily, it worked and my computer began working again. I also refreshed it for 3-4 times then my friend said computer was out of order because I didn’t refresh it.
I was very thankful to him because I could prepare my speech easily. Firstly I thought it would not work and I was really scared. But after it, I felt happy and relaxed. I used computer for two hours then. Next day, when I delivered the speech everyone clapped for me. So, this was a bad time for me, when I had difficulty in using computer.

Answer – It differs from age to age. If I talk about the children, they use the computers to play games for their study purposes as well as to watch cartoons. On the other hand, youngsters prefer to use computers for making assignments during working hours as well as to stay connected with their friends and family members through social media. Aside from that, older people use computers only to watch some videos.
2. Should students be allowed to use computers at school?
Answer – Without a shadow of a doubt, students should be allowed to use computers at school because it has become a mandatory part of their studies. Moreover, learning computers at school helps them learn things in a practical way, and in this technical era, every work is based on technology, so computers make them more advanced as well as open the door to various job opportunities.
3. What do you think of people who are addicted to playing computers?
Answer – As every coin has two sides, addiction to playing computers has both positive and negative sides. If I talk about the positive side, by playing computers, they can enhance their knowledge regarding the computer parts as well as help them to spend their leisure time in a proper way. Moreover, it also sharpens their memory. On the other hand, it affects their eyesight and leads to several health problems like headaches, backaches, and obesity. Aside from that, it also lowers the academic performance of students and the working efficiency of workers.
4. Do you think computers make our life simpler or more complex?
Answer – As excess of everything is bad, I would say computers make our lives simpler if we use them in a particular way as well as in limits because they offer a plethora of services for the users, like calculating complex problems in an easy way, large storage capacity, and making assignments through different tools. On the other hand, if we use them excessively, it harms human beings mentally as well as physically.
5. Why do people often have problems when using new products?
Answer – There are many reasons behind this statement. First and foremost is a lack of knowledge. When people buy new products, they do not know how to use them, which things are suitable or not, or if there are any side effects of the product or not. Moreover, they are using it for the first time. So they do not know how this product will react to their bodies, so sometimes they face some issues, like skin allergies. Aside from that, fake advertisements are also a reason to face problems, as they do not provide true information regarding the product.
