Being an extrovert, I love interacting with a number of people from different backgrounds. Although I have met various people throughout my life, some of them were interesting while others were not. However, today I would like You Should Say:to talk about an engaging conversation that I had with an old citizen. He is none other than my uncle, Mr. John, who is not only my father’s friend but also my neighbour.
He is in his sixties but looks like a gentleman. If i talk about our friendship. I met him two months ago at my friend’s wedding, and we still have contact with each other. In the wedding I was sitting alone and waiting for my friends. He noticed me and came to give me company. Firstly i greeted him warmly and introduced each another. After that, we started talking with each other.
Later, we discussed about various topics like arrangements, refreshment, decoration, education, social issues and many more. During our conversation, I discovered that he works as a bank manager. I’m also interested in banking courses, so I questioned him about the benefits and drawbacks, and he explained the entire banking system to me, from soups to nuts.
I found the conversation so interesting due to two reasons. The prominent one is that t he has vast knowledge about every subject. Another one is that he explained everything to me in such a way that I will never forget. I really felt blessed after meeting such an inspiring person whom I find interesting.

Well Being a people person I love to interact with personalities from all walks of life. And sometimes some turn out to be my life long friends. Here iam keen to talk about a person whom I met at a party. His name was Kushwant Singh. He was a retired army officer. Currently he is working for an organization which works for the impoverished and unprivileged masses. He was really a fabulous person.
Interestingly we were Like-minded people that’s why we enjoyed talking for hours at the party. This party was thrown by one of our relatives in the happiness of his promotion. He invited all of his near and dear ones to the party. Since I have a memory like an elephant, I can easily tell when it was. it happened last year in the month of March. There I met a lot of people. But honestly speaking I was glad that I came across this old man. Explaining further we had a discussion on numerous topics of great significance.
We initiated with the topic of technology, we discussed that how technology is affecting people’s lives both positively and negatively. Secondly, as he was also an extremely health conscious person. I became aware of the methods we can maintain our mental and physical health during these stressful days. Apart from this, he possessed tremendous knowledge regarding gardening, he told me that a person must spend some time per day in the lap of nature by doing gardening, It helps one get back to the nature and gain many other benefits.
Finally he shared his plethora of real-life experiences with me which acted as a source of inspiration for me. Furthermore It was an engrossing as well as a fruitful conversation. I not only inclined my knowledge about various aspects of life considerably but also got to increase my communication skills. In the end I must say the quality time I spent with him will remain etched in my mind forever.

Q1. Do you think young people and old people can share the same interest?
Answer 1 – No, I don’t think so, as there is a wide gap between both generations as well as a difference in their mentalities. If I talk about the young people, they are really curious and want to try new activities with their friends along with a desire for full freedom, but on the other hand, the old people still have traditional thinking and love to spend more time with family than with friends.
Answer 2 – Yes, there are many common grounds where young people and old people can share the same interest because both generations understand the benefits of doing outdoor activities. They both value family and want to spend time with each other, so they enjoy engaging in outdoor activities such as gardening, jogging, cycling, yoga, and meditation.
Q2. What skills can the old teach the young?
Answer – Well, there are a number of skills that older people can teach the young generation. The first is life lessons as they have experience of their whole life, and they have met with multiple personalities throughout their lives, so they can share their experience and advise then to teach the right path. Moreover, the grey-heads can also teach some essential skills like discipline, morality values, honesty, History as they have a vast knowledge about their heritage culture, past events, lifestyle, as well as advice in their career counseling.

Answer – Young people can also teach different types of things to the old generation, as these days young people are really equipped with technology and well familiar with the use of technology. They can teach the old people how to use a gadget, how to use a robot, and several games that will help them operate the technological gadgets to pass their free time in a productive manner. They can also teach them the new methods of relaxing as well as can introduce them to various platforms where the old generation can talk with their old-age friends and share their experience with others.

Answer – Without a doubt, the old individuals should live with their family, as they are also a part of the family and have spent their whole life while looking after their children and grandchildren.
