Well, working in a team is necessary in order to complete the work efficiently as well as to learn various skills like teamwork, leadership and many more. Although I have worked in teams many times throughout my life, But here, I would like to talk about a time when someone did fantastic work in a team.
This person is none other than John, who is not only my best friend but also my neighbor. I vividly remember that it happened last year when I used to study in my senior secondary education. Actually, my teacher gave an assignment in a group on the topic of demonetization. Our team comprised of five people. This project was extremely essential to us because it had a us becal score of 20.
So, we began working on our project. We had five days to prepare, but everyone was perplexed, and we wasted two days in discussion without doing anything. Then my friend invited us to his home and took the initiative of being captain. He divided the work. He took on the responsibility of decoration as it was a difficult part of our project, and he was an expert at it. He did a commendable job, helped everyone in their work, and completed the project within 2 days.
Luckily, we got 20 out of 20 marks. As per my perception, he was a great team player, as he had the courage to come ahead and take on the difficult part. Moreover, he had great leadership qualities, as he divided the work according to everyone’s talent and assisted everyone to complete the project within the time frame. All in all, this was the time when my buddy did a great job as a team member.
