Well Changes are an integral part of our life. Positive changes have a potential to make our life However, negative ones can destroy our life.

What the change was

Here I would love to talk about one constructive change which I made in my life and it has transformed my life for good. It’s none other than practicing meditation regularly.

When it happened

It’s not donkey years ago, It happened a couple of months ago when I started doing meditation.

How it happened

Actually I had been living a stressful life. ! used to think a lot about even trivial things. I had become an over thinker as well as quick-tempered person. Moreover I had started to compare myself with others which made my attitude pessimistic towards my life. I was suffering from anxiety or insomnia. These problems were increasing day by day. Fortunately one day my bosom friend come to my house I discussed my problems with him. He suggested me to perform meditation on a regular basis. Not only this he made me aware of its countless benefits for our life. I did the same. I started to meditate before hitting the bed and after waking up. Genuinely speaking within 1 weak I noticed, I am able to control my emotions. My mind began to calm down.

Why it was a positive change

Undoubtedly exercising meditation has brought plenty of positive transformations in my life. Primarily I got rid of my stress, anxiety and started feeling happier, calmer or satisfied in life. Apart from this it assisted me in developing mental creativity, improving my attentiveness and enhancing positive thinking. Meditation not only helped me to keep a sound mind but also a sound body. I could have a quality of sleep at night. ! have been practicing meditation regularly since that time and benefitting myself.

Conclusion

I would strongly advise everyone to do it in order to have a clear and tranquil state of mind that ensures one’s long-term mental and physical health.

Introduction

Well, change allows us to move forward in life and experience new as well as exciting things. Making even the smallest changes to our daily routine can help us feel less bored in life.

Today, i am going to talk about a positive change in my life which happened last year. It was about doing meditation. At that time, i used to be very lazy. In fact, i used to wake up very late in the morning. Sometimes, i would late for my classes as well. So, my parents were very worried about me.

Then, one day, my maternal uncle visited our home and my parents told him regarding my problem. After thinking for some time, he suggested me to do meditation on daily basis. Meditation is a practice in which an individual has to focus the mind on a particular object, thought or activity.

At first, it was hard nut to crack for me. Sitting in one place for some time was quite challenging for me. But gradually, i developed it. Initially, i used to meditate for 5mintues and then started doing it 15 minutes. After practicing it for 3-4months, i felt positive change in my life. It not only helped me to overcome laziness but also gave me a mental strength. Moreover, i improved my concentration level and now i do my every work with more confidence.

First of all, globalization has made possible for people to adopt one another’s traditions such as, people has started wearing western clothes under the influence of western culture. Moreover, several amenities are available now in my nation since the introduction of internet and technical gadgets.

Answer– Yes I feel change is good many times. It forces the people to face challenges ;hence, it makes them stronger. Apart from this, it also brings various new opportunities for better future. However, sometimes changes may be bad like if we develop bad habits.

Answer – In my view, changes start since our birth. It begins from our physical changes. In teenage, after finishing school we enter in college or university. At this point, we become adults.

Answer – Yes, it is good to change according to the surrounding. With this, they may improve their lifestyle and personality. Therefore, positive changes give them better lifestyle. For example, If a person visit in a foreign nation, it is better to wear foreign clothes and try new food.
