Well daily routines vary from person to person depending on their responsibilities and lifestyles. Talking about myself, there are plethora of activities which I habitually perform.

What it is

But one the most enjoyable and important routine I never skipped is performing yoga.

Where and when you do it

As i am an early bird, I like to follow this routine in the early morning before the hustle and bustle of modern life. Moreover once in a blue moon I get to follow it in the evening too when I don’t have hectic schedule. As for where I do it, sometimes I practice it in the comfort of my home and other times in the park which is in the walking distance of my house.

Nextly talking about with whom I prefer to do this activity, in most cases I pursue it by myself so that I can concentrate fully on it and experience more benefits. However, I also enjoy it practicing in a small group consisting my friends.

Furthermore, there are numerous reasons why I relish this routine and looking forward to. First and foremost reason is that this is one of the greatest forms of physical exercise that helps me stay in the pink of health. Besides It has benefitted me mentally too as it calms my mind. However, I do spare time for one activity on a regular basis which blesses me with much-needed relief. It is nothing else but spending time in the lap of nature.

I have been following this routine since the time of corona pandemic. Since that time it has continued to be a routine activity for me as I daily spend around half an hour in the lawn of our home at the break of the day. After getting up at 5.30 I go into my lawn when nature is at its best. I walk barefoot on the grass as it is considered to be a praise-worthy practice to maintain a good health. The scene of rays of the rising sun falling on the blooming flowers serve as an icing on the cake. Apart from this, the sweet chirping of the birds is all the more soothing not only for the ears but also for the mind. During this time, I do water the plants and observe their growth. Sometimes I do talk to the flowers in my garden as they seem to me the best friends ever to have. The air at this time is fresh and breathing in this pristine environment is really rejuvenating. It gives me positive energy for the whole of the day.

Generally, I am alone in my garden at this time but sometimes my mother also accompanies me. Together, we keep appreciating the nature.
